 There are a limited number of areas of hypnotherapy that I feel comfortable with the sale of generalised recordings that can actually be of good benefit to the client without a consultation with a qualified Hypnotherapist; however they will be far less directed at your personal situation than a one-to-one session with a qualified hypnotherapist.

These are examples of 'suggestion therapy' where the suggestion that has been made for a change in behaviour
sometimes needs 'Topping-up'.

Below are three that I have made available in MP3 format
with immediate download available after paying through PayPal.

• Weight Management only £10.00 for 2 recordings - two recordings each of approximately 15-20 minutes duration to help change your relationship with food, to help prevent you having that feeling of 'missing-out' - it is recommended that these are used in conjunction with a calorie controlled diet;

• Self Confidence/Ego Strengthening only £5.50 - a 15 minute session specifically aimed at promoting increased self-esteem and self-worth especially if you are feeling stressed with work/your general situation - so think of it as 'vitamins for the mind' - many of us take them for our body as supplements, why not treat your mind to some!;

and

• Smoking Reduction only £7.50 - a 25 minute session of suggestion and learning to help the chronic, heavy smoker to stop their habit.
