I would like to welcome you to my hypnotherapy website, which I hope you will find informative and useful, whether you decide to choose me to help you with any problems you might have, or another GHR/NRH (National Regulatory Register for Hypnotherapy) registered or SBST qualified hypnotherapist. These registered therapists have undertaken a high, required, minimum number of hours of actual practical, classroom led, training as well as significant additional private study, unlike others who might have only undertaken a home study course, using DVDs with no required practical training and no 'proper' or external examination. It is important to choose a hypnotherapist that you feel comfortable with - along with their approach - ask them if they intend to make you breakdown and cry - personally I think that it is highly unethical to force emotional upset.
As a registered hypnotherapist I have a particular interest in treatments for IBS, PTSD, dental phobias (and other phobias), sports performance, depression and anxieties.

I am bound by the code of ethics of both the GHR and the Society of Brief Strategic hypnoTherapists. To such an extent that I will not suggest that other approaches are less effective than those that I was taught, unlike some 'Pure' practitioners do in their organisationally designed websites.
I am based in Curbridge, near Botley and Burridge, in Hampshire and have an effective area that covers half of the Solent (Portsmouth and Southampton) and up to Winchester taking in Whiteley, Eastleigh, Fareham and all the villages and hamlets. I also practice hypnotherapy in Weybridge, Surrey.
